Le Montpellier-Volley a commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fort le match. Gr\u00e2ce au puissant service et \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il de lynx de Gustavo DELGADO<\/strong> en attaque, les Fran\u00e7ais ont surclass\u00e9 les Bi\u00e9lorusses dans le 1er<\/sup> set conclu 25 \u00e0 10.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entra\u00eeneur du Shakthior SOLIGORSK Viktar BEKSHA<\/strong> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ensuite quelques changements majeurs dans son \u00e9quipe. Sans succ\u00e8s. En effet, le Montpellier-Volley remportait le second set 25 \u00e0 16 pour mener 2 sets \u00e0 0.<\/p>\n

En revanche, dans le 3\u00e8me<\/sup> set, le Shakthior SOLIGORSK a finalement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 changer de rythme. Gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 Uladzimir Zhyhmont <\/strong>et Andrei RADZIUK<\/strong>, qui ont entretenu les espoirs bi\u00e9lorusses en remportant ce set 28 \u00e0 26 et revenir ainsi \u00e0 2 sets \u00e0 1.<\/p>\n

Mais le Montpellier-Volley est revenu plus fort dans le 4\u00e8me<\/sup> set, en particulier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Jean PATRY<\/strong> pour finalement conclure ce set 25 \u00e0 19 et remporter le match 3 sets \u00e0 1.<\/p>\n

Le coach montpelli\u00e9rain Olivier LECAT<\/strong> \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s satisfait de la performance de son \u00e9quipe\u00a0: \u2018\u2019Notre jeu tactique dans le premier et deuxi\u00e8me set \u00e9tait vraiment bon. A mon avis, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019un des meilleurs matchs de notre pointu Jean PATRY. Il est jeune et c\u2019est sa premi\u00e8re saison \u00e0 un tel niveau. Je pense aussi que le Shakthior n\u2019\u00e9tait pas dans un grand jour. Nous devrons rester concentr\u00e9s et s\u00e9rieux au match retour.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

Le coach du Shakthior SOLIGORSK, Viktar BEKSHA<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 lui, ne cachait sa d\u00e9ception\u00a0: \u2018\u2019 Mes gars ont lutt\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9ception. D\u2019autre part, nos attaques n\u2019\u00e9taient pas assez puissantes dans les deux premiers sets. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle nous avons perdu aujourd\u2019hui. Mais je pense que nous pouvons faire mieux lors du match retour en France.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

MONTPELLIER Volley UC started strong into the game. Due to a powerful serving game and Gustavo Delgado Escribano’s eagle eye in offence, the French outclassed the Belarusians 25-10 in the opening set. Shakhtior SOLIGORSK coach Viktar Beksha saw himself forced to make some major adjustments in the own game, but these changes were not crowned with success in the Belarusian offence. As a consequence, MONTPELLIER Volley UC claimed the second set 25-16 to make it 2-0. In the third set, however, Shakhtior SOLIGORSK finally found their rhythm.<\/p>\n

Opposite Uladzimir Zhyhmont and Andrei Radziuk kept the Belarusian hopes of a home win alive as they led their team to hard-fought 28-26 win in the third set. But MONTPELLIER Volley UC came back stronger after the third set and youngster Jean Patry led the French side to a 25-19 win to claim the game 3-1.<\/p>\n

MONTPELLIER Volley UC coach Olivier Lecat was satisfied with the performance of his team. \u00ab\u00a0Our tactical game in the first and second set was really good. In my opinion, it was one of the best matches for our opposite Jean Patry. He is still young and it is his first season at this level. I just think it was not Shakhtior’s day.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Shakhtior SOLIGORSK coach Viktar Beksha, on the other hand, could not hide his disappointment. \u00ab\u00a0My guys struggled in reception. On the other hand, our attacking game was not very powerful in the first two sets. That is the main reason why we lost today, but I think we can do better in the return game in France.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
